HEAD OFFICE ROLES
The engine that keeps Talking Talent successful.
Our internal teams work in roles such as Client Services, Marketing, Technology, Operations, Finance and HR to support our coaches and Client Directors to run world-class coaching programmes and accelerate our impact.

The key to our success, and ultimately our clients’ success, lies in the quality of our coaches. We employee coaches from all walks of life, but all of whom have commercial backgrounds. We also have an international network of associates that we call upon to help us deliver our programmes at scale across the globe.
A DIVERSE AND INCLUSIVE COMPANY
CLIENT OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE
Usually based in our Oxfordshire Head Office - although able to work from home - our COEs are the engine room behind our coaching programmes; managing relationships with our Clients, Coachees and internal team. They are responsible for delivering service excellence and exceeding external and internal customer expectations through their superior delivery and coordination.
Strong administrative skills are a must, plus 2 years PowerPoint experience, Outlook, Excel, with Salesforce/CRM a distinct advantage. You'll need to combine this with confidence in owning written and telephone customer communication to succeed in this role. Operating at the heart of our business, you will have people-centric team player values, an eye for detail, and the ability to multi-task.
