Our internal teams work in roles such as Client Services, Marketing, Technology, Operations, Finance and HR to support our coaches and Client Directors to run world-class coaching programs and accelerate our impact.

The key to our success, and ultimately our clients’ success, lies in the quality of our coaches. We employee coaches from all walks of life, but all of whom have commercial backgrounds. We also have an international network of associates that we call upon to help us deliver our programs at scale across the globe.
We are are looking for a bright, enthusiastic, creative and confident Marketing Manager to join our busy and expanding Marketing team.
You will have prior experience in a Marketing Manager position and will work from our head office near Oxford alongside the Head of Marketing, to drive and develop B2B marketing programmes ultimately to achieve sales growth – new business, upselling and cross-selling.
The right individual can expect to be exposed to a diverse range of Marketing channels including digital, events, advertising, market research, campaigns, collateral development, PR and communications. A passion for Talking Talent’s business is essential.
