Business Services Executive - Maternity cover
Based in our Oxfordshire Head Office we're looking for someone with excellent administrative skills who is confident communicating with individuals at all levels. Operating at the heart of our business you will have strong people-centric values, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to complete processes and tasks effectively and to deadlines, with strong diary and administrative management capabilities.
This is a key role in our organisation, managing relationships with our Coaches, Client Coachees and wider internal teams. You will be responsible for delivering service excellence and exceeding external and internal customer expectations through superior delivery and co-ordination of Talking Talent’s coaching programmes.
Head of Business Operations
We're looking for an outstandingly capable Head of Business Operations who will fulfill a critical role within the business, providing operational and strategic input and support to the wider Talking Talent business to deliver excellent customer outcomes and drive efficiency and productivity. The Head of Operations will ensure that we continue to deliver sustained growth without compromising our exacting delivery standards.
The successful candidate will be a proven leader and business operator but will also have experience of managing change and implementing new solutions. With a demonstrable track record of driving operational excellence on a global basis, the successful applicant will drive best practice, process consistency, integration, continuous improvement and high levels of performance across the business. They will implement new processes that contribute toward the efficient operation and growth of the business.
Head of Client Operations
We're looking for a truly inspirational Head of Client Operations. The core focus is to deliver excellence in client service to Talking Talent customers; ensuring this is maintained as a unique selling point for the business. Responsible for the leadership, direction and development of the Business Services teams globally, ensuring growth and achievement of targets, with a view to consistent, quality delivery. The role will support the servicing, development, and retention of clients, assisting with the wider sales process to support the setup and induction of new clients.
The Head of Client Operations will ensure that during a time of sustained growth, we continue to deliver coaching excellence to all our clients. The role operates at the heart of the business and requires an individual that is able to think of the bigger picture and implement ideas with a positive, ‘can do’ approach to work and who enjoys inspiring others. Displaying an enthusiastic approach to providing exceptional service to meet our customers' business needs they will need the personal gravitas to engage at all levels of our clients’ business, heading a seamless client transition from sales to coaching delivery.
Junior Accounts Assistant p/t
We're looking for an enthusiastic Junior Accounts Assistant to join our office in Wallingford. This is a 3-month contract, part-time 28 hours per week with possibility to transfer to a training-supported apprenticeship at contract end.
Working in a busy and dynamic team environment, you will be involved in a varied accounting role where you will get exposure to areas such as
- Accounts payable
- Bank reconciliations
- Expenses/petty cash
- Intercompany transactions
Previous accounts experience, however basic, would be useful but is not essential, provided that you can demonstrate a genuine interest in working in accounts and have good Excel and Word skills.
