Head of Client Operations
Based in our Oxfordshire Head Office with the flexibility to work from home. We're looking for an inspirational person to head our client operations, to deliver excellence in client service for our customers, ensuring this is maintained as a unique selling point for the business. You will be responsible for the leadership, direction, and development of the Business Services teams globally, ensuring growth and achievement of targets with a view to consistent quality delivery. The role operates at the heart of the business and supports the servicing, development, and retention of clients, assisting with the wider sales process, and the setup and induction of new clients.
You will be able to think of the bigger picture and implement ideas with a positive, ‘can do’ approach to work and enjoy inspiring others. Displaying an enthusiastic approach to providing exceptional service to meet our customers' business needs you will have the personal gravitas to engage at all levels of their business to lead a seamless client transition from sales to coaching delivery.
Senior Client Relationship Manager
We are looking for a confident individual, genuinely passionate about diversity & inclusion, gender balance, supporting working parents and executive coaching to join our client relationship team to drive growth in our EMEA markets. You’ll be a fantastic relationship builder – a person who people love to work with, you will be commercial in your approach and entirely committed to ensuring your clients receive an outstanding service.
