Dee is a work-life executive and consultant who is adept at fostering collaboration, enhancing communication, and building consensus throughout all levels of the organization. For more than 20 years, Dee has worked with client partners to help them achieve their strategic business goals by creating customized solutions to support women and working parents in the workplace.

Before joining Talking Talent, Dee worked for Bright Horizons for 16 years as a Senior Consultant. Working with senior executives across all business sectors, Dee designed customized programs for many Fortune 500 employers, which often resulted in clients achieving employer of choice honors. As part of the consulting practice, Dee was a work-life thought leader frequently speaking at conferences on research studies, including Dream Companies and The Lasting Impact of Employer-Sponsored Child Care.
