Helen is a highly qualified, experienced coach who also brings 25+ year’s leadership experience.

Her coaching signature works with people and teams at the deepest level, enabling them to develop their awareness and understanding of the thinking and beliefs that drive behaviours and ultimately results.

Combining a range of approaches including emotional intelligence, NLP and positive psychology to connects coaching results with her client’s business goals.

In 2014 Helen was involved in the first UK research paper of its kind “Keeping Women In” worked with 250 ‘high achieving working mothers’ identifying organisational, leadership and life blend factors that supported and enabled working parents to achieve their ideal balance while retaining their talent within and enabling their career to flourish. The results are used by numerous UK businesses today.   

As an Area Director at Nationwide Building Society Helen experienced first-hand the connection between authentic leadership, highly engaged employees and great business results. She then became Head of Talent within UK’s Ministry of Defence.

In 2013 she graduated with a Professional MA in Coach Mentoring and now works at EMCC’s Senior Practitioner Level as an independent consultant and professional coach with organisations, individuals and their teams.
