KELLANOVA’S Need

In 2022, Kellanova identified that they had a gap in the leadership development proposition to advance their female talent and combat the beliefs and barriers that prevented them from reaching their full potential.

Project Overview

There was a growing pool of women who were high performers, but what Kellanova wanted was to unlock their potential for more senior positions. They were not ‘stuck’ where they were, but something was blocking them. Maybe it was their self-belief, or maybe they just needed something to help open the door.

The Solution

To tackle this challenge, the company partnered with Talking Talent to design a Women’s Leadership program aimed at helping the organization go from where it was to where it should be.

 

We have a great relationship with Talking Talent, what I was most impressed with is their ability to flex and customize the program to fit our needs.​

The Outcome​

Talking Talent’s custom-built Women’s Leadership development program enabled our coaches to work with Kellanova’s top talent to unlock their potential, build their confidence, and develop the resilience needed to navigate high-pressure roles.

The company achieved an 83% retention rate of participants in the program, which speaks volumes for the program’s ability to engage and retain female talent.

A fantastic 11% of the participants have been promoted and  83% of the participants have either maintained or increased their performance, benefitting both the individual and the organization. A particularly strong example of this is the fact that some 42% of the participants in the 2022 program went on to serve as mentors for participants in the 2023 program.
