Lucinda is recognised as a coach who combines commercial experience with a passion for supporting individuals to be their best. Her coaching style combines candour and care ensuring coachees feel supported and challenged in equal measure.
Lucinda began her career in the Media working in National Press and B2B publishing for 15 years. Her commercial experience from this time includes leading large times, managing complex stakeholders, contract and negotiation and product development and launch. In her role at Talking Talent now Lucinda leads on developing our products working closely with clients and our Innovation team to turn research and insight into impactful client solutions. As a coach she uses this commercial experience to support individuals in how to navigate their roles in order to enjoy both their careers and maximise their life outside of work.
