We’re evolving. Because the world of work has.
Over the past year, we’ve been listening closely. Listening to our clients, our coaches, and the people in our programmes.
What we heard was consistent. The things people value most about Talking Talent haven’t changed. But what people need from us has.
You told us you value depth, credibility, and real human connection. And you were equally clear that while technology has an important role to play, it should strengthen the human experience, not replace it.
That feedback has shaped what comes next.
So, what’s changing?
From April 2026, Talking Talent will look and sound a little different.
We’re evolving our brand to better reflect who we are today – a global, human-first coaching consultancy, helping organisations create meaningful, measurable change through their people.
This isn’t a reinvention. It’s a clearer expression of what our clients already value most about working with us.
Because in a world of AI, automation, and endless content, one thing is becoming more valuable, not less: the ability to think clearly, connect, and lead in complex environments.
What’s not changing
Some things remain constant. Our mission to improve a million lives every year continues to guide us. So does our belief in coaching-led transformation and our commitment to helping everyone to thrive and be successful at work.
These are not new ideas. They are the principles we’ve built on over the past 20 years.
Our commitments to you
This evolution is not just about how we present ourselves. It’s about how you experience working with us. We want to be clearer about what you can expect from us, and more consistent in how we deliver it.
That’s what our five commitments are designed to do:
- Positive human impact, at scale
We help people grow in ways that create meaningful change for individuals, teams, and organisations. As we expand our reach, our focus remains the same: supporting more people, in more places, with impact that lasts.
- 2.Human-first coaching excellence
Coaching is at the heart of what we do. We use coaching to help people think more clearly, lead more effectively, and navigate the realities of work while also shaping the environments around them. That means working not just with individuals, but with teams and organisations so the impact of coaching is felt more widely and more consistently.
- Driving outcomes that matter
Our work is designed to deliver outcomes you can see and stand behind. We continue to strengthen how we connect our solutions to the priorities that matter most to your organisation, so impact is not just felt, but understood.
- Technology that amplifies people
We use our digital platform to enhance—not replace—the human experience. Our focus is on creating connected, supportive learning journeys that help people reflect, apply, and grow in real time.
- Premium service, everywhere you are
We’re proud to support many of the world’s largest organisations, and that experience continues to shape how we deliver consistently and at scale. As we expand internationally, we’re strengthening our localized context with ongoing global programme coordination.
Human-first, now more than ever.
There’s a lot of conversation right now about the future of work. AI, automation, productivity—it’s all important.
And technology will continue to shape how we work. But what we hear consistently from organisations is that the real challenge is human. Leaders need to build trust. Teams need to navigate complexity together. People want to feel seen, supported, and able to grow.
Those are not problems technology can solve on its own.
They are capabilities that can be developed, with the right support.
The next chapter of Talking Talent
We’re proud of what we’ve built over the past 20 years. And we’re excited about what comes next.
This next chapter is about showing up with clarity and purpose; delivering coaching programmes that are essential drivers of engagement, capability and business performance.
The focus remains the same.
Helping your people, and your organisation, thrive.
