Dina’s background is in Human Resources and Human Capital, most recently as a DEI Director, with experience across London, Rome, and Dublin in consultancy, media and entertainment, and professional services. She is known for listening first, then working within a clear, robust framework that is carefully adapted to the individual’s context, values, and cultural lens.
She coaches CEOs, C‑suite leaders, Managing Directors, Partners, and senior executives, combining deep listening with a structured, adaptable coaching framework tailored to individual context and cultural lens. Her commercial experience includes work with organisations such as Lockheed Martin, Amazon, and PwC, alongside engagements spanning Google Ventures, Princeton, NBCUniversal, and CHIEF.
