With over 23 years’ experience, Maggie brings a strong commercial foundation, having spent the first decade of her career in multinational organisations across the automotive, food, and services sectors, including Volvo Cars, Nestlé (Industrial Performance and Supply Chain), and PwC. For the past 13 years, she has worked exclusively in coaching, applying a pragmatic, engineering-informed approach that both supports and constructively challenges leaders.
Maggie is the author of 14 coaching books published in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, a regular contributor to industry publications, and a lecturer in Communication for Engineering and Management post‑graduate programmes. Having lived and worked in 12 countries, she brings deep cross‑cultural perspective and adaptability to her work.
