With over 15 years’ experience coaching leaders across Japan and the Asia-Pacific region, Satoko brings a reflective, systemic approach grounded in neuroscience, behavioural coaching, and leadership development. Prior to coaching, she spent more than 20 years in senior corporate strategy and management roles across Japan, Hong Kong, and the US. Her commercial experience includes working with Fortune 500 organisations and executive teams across healthcare, technology, and financial services, helping leaders navigate cross-cultural challenges, lead transformation, and build high-performing teams.
