Cindu uses behavioural psychology, and potential-focused models to support growth, direction, alignment, and commitment. Her experience in three diverse industries (Media, Technology, Learning) and as an entrepreneur over almost two decades allows her to adapt swiftly to the unique needs of each client. Her clients value her ability to be fiercely authentic, caring, and empathic while focusing on what really matters. ​

Over the course of her career, Cindu has worked with leaders in Fortune 100 companies across a wide variety of industries, such as IT, telecom, manufacturing, banking, consulting, pharma, insurance, capital goods, and research firms. In addition to helping leaders increase self-awareness and deal with immediate challenges, she helps them create compelling visions for themselves and their organisations, build and manage high-performing teams, foster trust and stakeholder relationships, develop reflection practices, and bring a holistic approach to their work.​
