Lina finds it highly rewarding to see her coachees progress and flourish in their journey of life and work. She has a sense of deep achievement and gratitude to be able to equip people for success and to guide them towards a fulfilling life.
Lina believes in an empathic coaching style. She draws on principles of psychology and coaching and combines them with her rich, varied and long experience of working with a wide variety of people from diverse backgrounds, cultures and life stages. Her gentle, engaging honest conversational style helps her clients to discover themselves, co-create their journeys and prepare them for a resilient and successful life.
Lina has been a Coach for over 30 years. Starting her career with Intercultural Coaching, she expanded her repertoire to include Leadership Coaching, Life Coaching, and more recently Parental Transition Coaching and Women’s Leadership Development. She is a co-founder of Emotionally, an Emotional Healthcare Firm where she helps people learn Emotional Health Self-care.
Lina is delighted and proud to have been able to assist over 500 leaders and thousands of managers on their journey to self-discovery, fulfilment and success.
