Having spent 15 years working in publishing gaining commercial and managerial experience Lucinda started her coaching career by running her own business before joining Talking Talent in 2019.

Since then, her experience across all programmes has grown; her passion, however, lies in supporting Working Parents. As Head of Working Parents Lucinda’s focus is on creating and delivering coaching programmes to support working parents to thrive and to enable companies to create inclusive cultures where parents can succeed.

Lucinda’s strengths also lie in developing and delivering Inclusive leadership programmes. She’s worked with clients such as Blackrock, Morgan Stanley and NatWest to support new initiatives supporting diverse talent to thrive within the workplace.
